1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ThreadWave ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

ThreadWave provides software tools and related services that help users manage, improve, and support online growth workflows. The Service may include account setup, content assistance, workflow support, automation features, analytics, and other related functionality. The Service is currently in development and features may change.

Some features may interact with third-party platforms or browser interfaces at your direction. ThreadWave is not intended to bypass platform limits, enforcement systems, or anti-spam protections.

3. X Platform Use and Account Safety

ThreadWave is built to respect X rate limits and avoid abusive platform behavior. We may queue, delay, throttle, pause, or refuse workflows when we believe activity could be excessive, spammy, unsafe, or inconsistent with X platform rules.

X controls its own platform, policies, rate limits, account restrictions, and enforcement decisions. We cannot guarantee that use of ThreadWave will prevent an X account from being limited, locked, suspended, blocked, or otherwise restricted by X.

You are responsible for the content you approve, post, schedule, or send through the Service, and for making sure your use of ThreadWave complies with applicable laws, X rules, and any policies that apply to your account.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• To evade, bypass, or abuse X rate limits, restrictions, anti-spam systems, or enforcement measures
• To mass-post, mass-reply, impersonate others, manipulate engagement, or run deceptive growth campaigns

6. AI Content and Human Review

ThreadWave may generate tweet ideas, draft posts, draft replies, profile suggestions, and other AI-assisted content intended to sound natural, catchy, and aligned with your voice. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your account.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using any AI-generated content. ThreadWave does not guarantee engagement results, follower growth, account safety, or that generated content will be accepted by X or any audience.

7. Refunds and Risk Reversal

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If ThreadWave-controlled activity gets your X account blocked, locked, or suspended, you may be eligible for the blocked-account money-back protection described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThreadWave and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

11. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ThreadWave, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
